This is what the market is pricing (as in balancing the risk for, not as a prediction) but I don't think it is likely at all to have a lockdown similar to the spring regardless of who is the president. Nor do I think that the covid stocks have much more room to run up. Limited social distancing is possible if Biden takes over. A much later limited social distancing is possible if Trump stays in office and the cases keeping going up. Large scale vaccination will likely begin in March because even if it gets approved in January, most people will want to wait to see how effective it is before jumping in. Mass vaccination will be done before the next school year begins.
