Thanks Todd. You're right, of course. Successful businesses strive to reduce costs and pass on savings to their customers. NCES is ahead of the curve and leading the industry in implementing cost effective professional services. Far from a negative, this report should bolster the stock in the minds of the investment community. I have no problem with retaining my position and adding to it at this level.

I have followed your comments on the SMTC thread for some time and appreciate your input. Regarding NCES, do you have a price target for this company and what do you believe that its fair value is? If I can raise the money I will try to get in this week. Thanks.
