not a lefty but I know wearing a mask will not protect you 100%, a persons eyes are still vulnerable, touching surfaces that a infected person may of sneezed on and rubbing your eye's is not good, medical staff in hospitals wear masks, face shields, gloves and disposable gowns, If a person is infected but doesn't know it wearing a mask will help protect others from infection, wearing a mask also stops you from touching your face after you may have touched virus droplets thats why washing your hand frequently is important, nothing we do to stop this pandemic is 100% effective but doing nothing is total lunacy

The droplets BS never held water(pun intended) but was used to institute mask protocols which simply useless. "Then we thought that COVID-19 can only be transmitted via close contact with an infected person, like within six feet." wrong again. Talking heads spewed that BS with no scientific data to prove it. "Now we know that COVID-19 can linger in the air for hours at a time," we "knew it" then because of the Princess cruise ship. Japanese scientists told us that.
