RB, elk, Martin, I fear you're wasting your time. If it's not in FTEL's S1 or S1A, he won't know it and, apparently, won't go looking (anywhere but here) for it (1-800-frankln). Seems ALL questions asked were readily available from 1-800-frankln, or not yet dissiminated and won't be "until its (vice it's) time."

Always a pleasure to read your insights, Raleigh.

I would appreciate some discussion from the more technically
and personally informed on this thread on the specific
points you make re:

1. peering arrangements to garner access to the backbone
2. lay-off charges for origination and termination fees
3. transactional fees for the billing of traffic over their
infrastructure.

These would fill in, for my understanding, sizeable blanks in
my attempt to get a better grasp of FTEL/FNET's overall structure.
From earlier posts and discussions, suggestion has been made
that Frank is developing this structure from a base which is
conceptually different than the current norm in the industry.

Also, when you said that company you are dealing with analyzed FTEL within the context of its competitors and "they emphasized the lead that Franklin already holds over the vast majority of others", we
now see further indication of an arms length, objective analysis
suggesting FTEL is effectively positioning itself.

Raleigh,

You've been touting Ftel for close to two years that I have followed your posts on this board.

800 business, Rescue for stranded AOL customers, Ftel buys internet passport, Internet passport inks deal with Dig. Express, Franklin unleashes Cyclone, Ftel inks deal with Peak Tech., Ftel assists ATT with investigation of 800 abuse, Ftel opens DC office, Ftel announces E-Commerce product and on and on.

An old market expression fits perfectly here " This time it's different " Franklin must produce revenues this time, nothing you or I say will change that consequence, if it doesn't, I don't think the next news release will save it.

Chow,
Tom

Raleigh, by any chance, would that company be "Tristar"?
A new start up company into VON with a agreement with WCOM also.
I am currently checking them out...looking good with an upcoming IPO.
