TASA Files 10-Q & 10-K With SEC John, Thanks for the Yahoo! link to TASA's 10-K. Gotta hand it to you attempting to take a position at $0.50. Good luck! My initial thoughts on the recent filing is that it is much more clearly written and understandable than previous SEC documents. Touchstone management promised to deliver an improved filing and did. Albeit a week late as pointed out by our trusty day timer fan JSC. :-) Their business plan appears to be well thought out and complete. One concern addressed in the filing is the rather large percentage of business conducted with New York. Hopefully TASA will be able to diversify in the future.
