Dear Coz, I get it just fine. You are wrong again on three counts.

First, I have never been paid by the Company to post on this thread, ever!!!! and to suggest such is a lie. This is part of a continuing theme of lies on your part. Now, I am no longer even a consultant or a financial analyst, I am a President of a private company.

Second, there is nothing that I have said that I did not have adequate justification for and did not sincerely believe. Thus, I am liable for nothing. Indeed, I put my money where my mouth is and invested in the Company even more in the Fall. I intend to continue to invest in ERGB and to hold my shares until they appreciate to what I believe to be the Company's fundamental long-term value. That is where you and I are different.

Third, you have held yourself out previously to have been a professional and to have even taught classes on trading strategies. I have been a professor and lecturer for eight year of my life and a valuation expert and financial analyst for six years of my life. To suggest that either you or I are amateurs is entirely disingenuious on your part and directly contradicts your prior assertions.

Now, back to relevant issues. I called the President of ERGB and variety of other sources that I view to be reliable and got confirmation that the Company is still producing strong sales and has continued to realize positive earnings. The recent debt financing has given the Company more flexibility to grow and to increase working capital. He assured me that the Company was sound and that he felt very upbeat for next year. He was offended by the suggestion that he would even be considered to be part of a scam or fraud. If such rumors had any truth by now, they would have been found out by persons like me. Every person at ERGB and that follows ERGB closely that I have talked to has suggested that the Cheetah and CTSS acquisitions are going well and will produce good sales growth and earnings growth in 1998. I have also been told the BodyBilt chair sales continue to grow and are increasing at the expense of certain competitors. I see no reason for changing my position or my views on the Company. I have also had confirmation that there have been attempts at stock price manipulation and the Company and certain others are investigating the reason for such manipulation.

I just found out that two friends of mine recently bought shares after doing their own searches on underpriced companies. They said that ERGB shows up as one of the best values right now for long-term investment. They did their own research and concluded that the false attacks on ERGB have only created an opportunity for them to buy cheap.
