I am unable to bring up the 10 K--get into FreeEdgar find the listing for the 10K--that's as far as i can get. I will receive my copy by U S mail delivery on Mondy--Mary starting to send out the copies today.

From what I can gather but can not validate is the contract for Stueck
has a provision for a bonus of $5.0 million if the stock attains a price of $50 and stays there for 180 days. If true and assuming a fully diluted number of shares of 57 million after the conversion that would equal a market capitalication of 2.850 billion. Devide that by revenue of$600 million in say two years and you have a price to sales ration of just under 5 (actually 4.75). Well if you check JDEC a competitor they currently have a price to sales ration of over 5--Baan
has a price to sales ration of close to 10.

On a basis of a "buy out"--the normal price in the past has been about 4.0 price to sales. It looks attainable assuming market factors do not change radically because of economic consideration.

Can you verify the bonus for me?

Maurice

Back to normal trading? While it's in the EXTREMELY short-term clutches of SOES bandits? For whatever reason, they've deamed 7.75 as the nearby lid in the stock...

just an observation bolstered by 2min real time tick charts on this stock. Another artifical lid at 8 1/8 as defined by this am's gap...

Maurice...grab the fat crayola again!!!(grin)
