our filipino helper was a chef in the Philippines who loves gardening and new recipes, had worked in the Middle East and picked up lots of ways of cooking, and served a japanese family in Singapore, and we are fortunate to have her live-in, for we love food and unusual for HK have a garden we are ponying up to re-do the garden so that it is easy to grow stuff under controlled conditions, not have water puddles that attract mosquitos, and are putting up a new gazebo that is easier to maintain and friendlier to use iow, we are pandemic-prepping our home for continuing proper living under conditions where we might be locked-down again, once more, twice over, and again. 2020 may not be an isolated episode.
