The "NEED FOR FINANCING" section seems the same in both documents. Also the "event of liquidation, dissolution" paragraph is in the original. I do not not want to print either document and it is hard to do much exact comparison on a laptop screen.

I need to develop a better method to read SEC documents. It is too easy to miss what is relevant when paging down the legalese. I had dismissed the S-3 except for noting the number of shares. It was informative to go through the S-3/A more closely.
