I get the feeling that the big boys are starting to take major positions in the Asian market and when they feel that they have a good enough postion(s), then they will start upgrading in a very loud voice.
Right now they seem to be talking in quiet optimism with with a hint of caution so as not to start a stampede before they get there first.
