Your market bottom level and timing seams fairly reasonable, but if those levels are hit I don't think it'll be Nov 3, it'll be later in week imo as things drag out. I don't expect a clear winner currently and though many expect this just like Covid the actual reality of what this does to markets doesn't appear to sink in fully into we're further into it. I want to see what happens w/this next vix spike. Considering your disposition/style your plan makes good sense.
