What A Life!!! Incredible earnings, upgraded to mkt perform, downgraded to mkt perform. Lets hopr the mkt is one hell of a performer. Why are we not having a short squeese? Maybe after Greenspan talks about the asiancontasion today we'll get a bump, either down or up. Longtimer Elwood

Doug, personally I don't think it will help OUR thinking by attacking an analyst or calling anybody ball less. I view DLJ's downgrade as reasonable as MS' upgrade. MS saw something that DLJ did not see before, so DLJ is/was expecting more than MS does, therefore, the down grade. Today ought to be a good day for Cymi, two upgrades/one downgrade and with a sizable buy back program as insurance. Despite this exeburance, I would not try to listen to the voices that I wanted to hear. While you praises Jay Deahna this time because he raised Cymi rating, a lot of folks accused him when he downgraded Cymi back in Sept. Can we not do both ? It's just hard to analyze and judge properly when one mixes his personal feeling and even emotion with the facts. Just my thoughts.
