Hi Raefon,

No, I hadn't noticed the filing by Genesis. All things being equal, I am of the view that Wall Street also bears *some* of the responsibility for TFS's narrow valuation. It seems that today (unlike when I was working as an analyst) compensation for those that do the work in determining share "values" is geared toward investment banking rather than research. Ironically, if TFS had an offering that was necessary to fund the growth of the business, it is my judgement that the stock would be *higher* rather than lower, and with more analytic coverage.

Unfortunately, that is the way the world works, Mr. Raefon. I am sure that management knows this, but I am equally sure that they don't "need the money."

As for the specialist making a decent market in the stock, all I can say is that it is about time. However, he shall have to continue doing so for some time, before some of the people that I have shown this equity story believe that there has been a change in policy at the TFS post. Let us hope that this "lesson" is something that he can live with through the next few months. If he can, it might well have some effect on the quality of the trading participation.

Have a good day.

I know Genesis as a manufacturer of neat chips that do things like video expansion and a lot of other tricks. But, I don't recognize them as a display wannabe. Do you have a reference that talks about them in the display context? I was unable to locate them in the INFS thread in a brief and obviously inadequate search. Thanks. JimA
