Sounds like someone on this thread!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless JMAR comes up with some income other than from continuing operations, the twelve month trailing earnings (used to calculate the PE ratio) are going to be about one-half of current value when fourth quarter results are reported. I'm assuming a no-profit fourth quarter which will reduce the 12-month trailing earnings from eleven cents to five cents. The PE ratio will more than double.

I know the 1,427,526 shares of stock paid for Cal ASIC doesn't sound like a lot of money; BUT even JMAR admits it was about a million dollars more than the appraised value. Just another of the bone-headed stunts of Martinez, IMO.

Who was the "sophisticated investor" to whom JMAR gave a warrant exercisable for 10,000 shares at an exercise price of $2.25 in
October, 1996???????? It was allegedly given for "facilitating the closing of a transaction".
