don't hang around in any hood, I don't think there is a hood where I live, some places downtown are sketchy but I could still walk there and be reasonably safe, the worst thing is I might get asked for spare change

It's like baseball bats. You'll find a lot of them in the hood, but hardly any baseballs or baseball mitts.
