Would I have had a beter chance to have the order filled if it had not been all or none?> I see that the high so far was exactly where I called it-29 5/8. But to answer your question, its a chance you would have had a partial fill. I never use all or none, I like to take what I can get on a limit order which is hard enough on its own even harder when its all or none. If did not sell yet you might have another chance before the end of the day, I think you might a little run towards the end of the day. If not there is "next week" Good Luck
