We really need to know whether these lower earnings figures might be that the analysts need to adjust their earnings to diluted earnings since the reporting requirements now require that they be reported in this manner. I have seen the earnings projections for a lot of companies beating estimates being lowered for these reasons and in each case the analysts ratings have not dropped. I also think everyone needs to remember that the forward statement this quarter is no different than the last two quarters. The company plays it very conservative in future projections.
