Many have already been caught and given a light slap on the wrist...

It can be arranged to catch them in the act, it only has to be organized and sanctioned by the Court, this means law enforcement...

Apparently, those who are in a position at the local level to set it up and catch them don't care enough to do it...

It can be done with the right people who are motivated to end it completely...

Off hand, I can think of several people already at the top levels in federal law enforcement who have the brains and the will to implement this idea all the way to the end... it just needs to be ordered and done...

I found this interview very revealing. Voter fraud is sanctioned (institutionalized) by the state of Pennsylvania and is probably a blueprint for many Democrat run cities and States across the country where Democrats have retained tight control for 40 or 50 years in spite of delivering horrible results for the residence, voters. If ever there was something that needed to be looked at and reformed this should be at the top of the list!
