They primarily go into business for themselves. By primarily - what percentage? They do not go into business unless you mean hanging around the Home Depot parking lot - LLC's I suppose? Those that do go into business are legal immigrants (Korean, Indian) with money, not those that cross the border illegally - mostly Mexican or South American. Those illegals barely make it out of the border states and never get to New York.
