They transact everything in cash, including paying their rent. Right - showing you know nothing of business. Most people/customers don't even pay in cash anymore. They own restaurants, are gardeners, speech therapists, own car washers, laundromats, dry cleaners, grocery stores, musicians, etc We are talking about illegal immigrants - the basic unskilled labor types and criminals. Legal immigrants do start 12-25% of new businesses each year, but they that is far from predominately as you claimed. Don't forget 9/10 new businesses fail in 5 years or less.
