Dennis, was looking more at gross margin in $ terms than % terms. The key point is that most of Radica's incremental sales over the last year have been at higher margins because of proprietary products and keeping expenses under control (within reason) - they've done a great job at this and knowing the management team I believe this philosophy will continue.
