Man this is one tough thread. I was thinking about taking my company public but I would be afraid that some of the threadsters in here would hang me. HA ha Relax guys this is a BB stock (for now) We are all rolling the dice and actually, the dice has been thrown already now we are waiting for them to stop spinning so we can see what the #'s are.

David, FAMH has not been a reporting company. Since they have just become a reporting company the beginning of this year, they have not yet filed any Sec reports. I believe, their 10-K is now due in June. They should also be filing a 10-Q for the first quarter of 98, whenever that is due.
