LG, we can only directly influence people, events and societal structure in our own lifetimes. If succeeding generations want to screw things up, they will; not much we can do to stop them. The authors of the U.S. constitution understood this. There is much wisdom in many of the religious texts. Do our best to prepare and educate our families, then leave the rest to God.

Where can we go to escape the USSA? Socialism is on the march, all around the world. Canada, Australia and NZ are worse than Calif. South and Central Americas already lean Socialist, and will fall like the USA. The EU is now Moslem, with all of the consequences.

LG, "What makes me the saddest, is even if President Trump manages to win, the cast has been set. It is not a question of if, but when the US will be taken over by Socialist. There are just to many fools in this country to prevent it from happening." I agree with your sentiments, but might I remind all that the Constitution is not a suicide pact. Our Founders warned us of this possibility and put protections in it to prevent it and right it if it came to that. It is simply no time now to be a sunshine patriot, you must become a winter soldier. The Convention of States will become more critical to our resistance of Socialism on the Federal level going forward. We must enlist individuals to join in this effort. The battle will not be easy but nothing that is enduring never is. America is at a crossroads, but it doesn't mean the path cant be corrected it just gets harder from here. The mechanisms in the Constitution need to be engaged to help fix our problem. Take the time to read and understand your individual State Constitution. The Fourth Turning is here and we have 10 more years until this is resolved. We are only in inning one of this game. I know you may feel like we have been at it for awhile but this was really the first time the country has started fighting it across the board. Our individual battles are now becoming a national fight. Don't give up now, but steel yourself and others for what is to come. Prayer and the seeking of God's will is important now. G-n-G
