Thats a little to simplistic.

It is 2/3's to amend the Constitution.

But if you are a doubter before you even seek to understand it, then we are already lost.

We already have over 30 states that have already passed some type of resolution for the CoS.

34 are needed to convene a Title V constitutional convention.

We don't have to resolve our differences this time with arms and violence.

Maybe it can be resolved differently this time.

There are 3 Soverign entities in the Constitution. The People, State/Local Government, and the Federal Government.

Yes the Federal Government has grown to large and has to much power.

The Bill of Rights empowers the Individual.

The Constitution limits Federal Government.

What is missing is the States putting their foot down as the 3rd sovereign entity and telling the Federal Government to back off.

Plain and simple the Federal Government is to large.

We have to start fighting in a manner that limits the Federal Government.

The CoS two platforms are Term Limits for Congress and a Federal Balanced Budget amendment.

Both of these items will go far to stopping and limiting Federal power.
