I hail from the southern most point of South Africa .... we also have a good, well written Constitution which was put together through Compromise, Discussion and Debate by Whites, Blacks, Indians, people of Colour, prior to the 1994 Election when Nelson Mandela became President. Unfortunately Great Constitutions do not always guarantee appropriate behaviour by those who end up in government. We have our fair share of Corrupt Politicians. But, in theory, in a Democratic Republic it is the People who ultimately hold the power and the Politicians are their SERVANTS, AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. So when there are OBVIOUS INIQUITIES WITHIN THE RANKS OF THOSE WHO ARE PRIVILEGED TO GOVERN then the People must Stand Up and Adequately Exercise their Rights. Because if there are aspects of how they are governed which are OBVIOUSLY being carried out to the detriment of the People, and the People just sit back and take it, then the People "mustn't come crying" when they end up suffering in the long run. The way the Voting System works in the USA appears to be A CROCK OF SHIT and it will continue to cause all manner of MAYHEM AND DISCORD AND CORRUPTION if something is not done about it .....
