The news conference of two had Biden talking as if this is a popular vote Election. He wants every vote counted, whether it's valid, or registered, or not, etc. It's not. It also has to have been in time. Why isn't a SOE at fault, if the count is late? They are blaming Covid-19 for all the delay. And K. Harris said nothing.
