Every country... That was the real theme behind the US constitution.. Stock markets rallying since Dems look to NOT have control of both houses.. forget the prez.. too much ado over nada.. the houses are what you need.. . Mr Biden's hands will be tied as much as Mr. Trump's should he prevail.. The prez is a red herring ...

and Yes India is a glowing example of what I believe.. what did the gift of Brit democracy do for them ?
