I've owned OPMRF for about a year now. There is huge potential for this co. I'd put your order in at mkt, and sit back and relax. You quibbled over an 1/8 instead of paying 7 3/4 last week now the stock is asking 8 1/4. Forget the chump-change, in the long run it doesn't matter if you paid a half or a qtr.

NE conf call: was very upbeat. As I said, there were and are delays in in getting rigs out of the shipyard. The turnkey bus which has been a drag improved substantially this qtr, the co. citing much better margins. Co. also discussed more buying back of shares once its debt structure is set, and/or aquisitions of other drillers as depressed as their stocks are now. In addition, look for the Shelf IV semi which is currently stacked to have a K announced soon.

<Off-topic on OPMRF> JHR, just checked in and what a surprise. OPMRF surged big time today. Don't tell me you missed it? LT's council is a good one. It is especially hard to fight the MM when the volume is low. There is an OPMRF thread. I'll try to find out more why it is up. I'm going to check the robots out myself this weekend. Hear my report on OPMRF thread.
