DJ, The first time I talked to them all I got was a SEC filing from Nov., which I already had. For some reason the last time they sent me what are identical to "press releases". Only info stated was (1st Q report)- increased expenditure in LifeServ contributed to 1st Q loss, but expect it to payoff as year goes by. (2nd Q report)-LifeServ investment is impacting operations, for example-new 1.2 million dollar contract.
Anyone who wants me to fax these to them...e-mail me with fax # and I will be glad to do so.

Earnings are due in about a week and a half...However, even if they show a profit, it won't do much unless they can get the release out to people...which they haven't been doing.
I am very optimistic about the upcoming Q reports. From a momentum standpoint they look close...revenues are growing, margins are high on the core business, and SG&A expenses should decrease as a percentage of sales. PATIENCE will pay off......
