I’m sure they had all those things worked out in in advance in strategy sessions and seminars. It’s part of an Orange Revolution, or Velvet - or whatever term they use these days for those (hopefully) bloodless overthrows of regimes, covered in a thick fog of plausible deniability. If their guy wins - wonderful, end of story. If the opposing candidate wins - that’s when other tactics begin. So, delaying counts and so forth are signs that they weren’t successful so far. It kind of implies that we may be treated like a third world country, doesn't it.....
