Hi Janie! I am the one YOYO mentioned. I haven't posted much here lately, but I keep an eye on DFNL because I also like the potential.

I am not familiar with Future Communications, but I made some phone calls and here's what I found out.

Future Communications has never actually been linked directly with DFNL.

However, a person that USED to be involved with DFNL was also involved with Future Communications. Apparently the shares of DFNL that you got were perhaps a bonus of sorts.

It sounds like Future Communications is perhaps out of business now. I don't know that for sure, but that's what I understood from what I was told. You might know more about that anyway.

As for DFNL, they are expecting to have the 10-K for 1996 out in the next week or two.

Then the auditors will immediately get started on the 10-K for 1997. I believe they are trying to have that done by mid-April.

That's all I have for now. Hope that helps a bit.

I am just an individual investor and I am NOT associated with DFNL in any way. I urge everyone to do their own research before investing in anything.

Best wishes,
Brad
