Oh, I absolutely know how much hate and anger there is on both sides. But you are missing two important points: (1) GOP started it and kept at it - this is a fact and not an opinion. (2) Any war ends in one of only two ways (a) one side completely annihilates the other - here we are talking about splitting the country or a hot civil war, OR (b) two sides of roughly equal power cause enough damage to each other that they conclude enough is enough and come to a fair settlement.

(a) is out of the question and will not happen, even though some people are itching for it (especially Red States who covertly want to use an obscure section of the constitution to split away and/or change the constitution via State's Convention).
(b) cannot happen until the Democratic side is fully on the offensive.

Until both sides grasp the above reality, no progress will be made.

BUT You still have Mitch pushing his destructive agenda, as if half of the country means nothing and he can actually overcome them. AND You still have Biden telling everyone that he will be the prez for all Americans, including those who voted against him, following Obama's idiotic playbook (BTW, did Trump ever come remotely close to trying to be everyone's president?)

So I expect the shitshow to continue for a while. Once the above reality dawns on everyone and it is all done, I think the solution will take the form of a much weaker central government and stronger states. The Blue States will engage in their own treaties (which you are already seeing some of in the form of AG's aligning and trade pacts). And the Red States will do the same. This will effectively be the Union-Confederate 2.0. And maybe that is for the best.
