CA has been perfecting the technique for years It’s been going on in WA for years. Dino Rossi was out ahead of Christine Gregorie by a big margin about 20 years ago. Then magically bags of ballots were “found” in King County that erased his lead. Same thing happened the last Seattle Council, election when socialist Kshama Sawant was losing by a big margin. By the next morning, enough votes for had magically been “found” and she was handily re-elected. Dems have been perfecting their vote stealing techniques for years, and Republicans have done nothing about it.
