Lisa - No, I think we have ended up with a "normal" end to the bull even though it gave every indication it would try for a Stifled-Bear Run.

What is different on this Bull Set's finish is the ceiling I referred to that angles down through it at around 8060. This is preventing the Bull from going as high as it could. An unusual situation. It is my belief that the DOW will bounce along the bottom side of the ceiling before finally giving up and pursuing the "normal" bear. Jan 29 was effectively the first bounce of the ceiling although it didn't quite go as high as it could have. From Feb 4 to 10, we may see a few attempts at breaking through the ceiling and one more weak attempt around Feb 21 to 23 before the old bull gives up the ghost.
