Me too. It may require some small adjustments to the constitution, but it is the best way out. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening until both sides get rid of their illusions. GOP thinks that they are winning and can keep on winning forever. And Dems are living in a dreamland that never existed. They must both get a grip on the reality of America as it exists today and work towards that solution.

I really like the weaker central and stronger state position , that might be a good way out .
I am pretty sure China, Russia and many other countries would like it too.
