Respond to of 793955 let State Legislators pick the electors as in the Constitution ............of course, this is the only path that can be taken now...........R controlled legislatures in Pa, Mich, Wisconsin, Georgia need to put together a convincing narrative (with all the documented instances) of certain massive voter fraud in their states. (the mail in ballot system) Then simply declare they are taking back their constitutional right to DEFINE AND CONTROL the election process in their states....... then declare unequivocally, that based on massive fraud, each state legislature will vote and appoint their own delegation to the electoral college..........and that any declaration from the Gov. or any court is null and void....... and the ONLY decision that can come from the US Supreme Court is to affirm the state legislatures Constitutional right and duty...........at least then, we will know how corrupt our Supreme Court is as it should, at worse, be a 5-4 vote <leftist cabal + ROBERTS dissenting> for the state legislatures).......................this is basically a repeat of Gore vs Bush in 2000 when a rogue Florida (D) Supreme court tried to intervene in the election and the US Supreme Court ruled they overstepped their authority and told them to back off and let the Florida legislature decide.........the Florida (R) legislature was in the process of declaring that they would vote and appoint their own delegation to the electoral college...............that is when Gore backed down and conceded............................I urge all to listen to the Levin rewind of last nights show. It's all outlined there................all the other stuff from the all the talking heads is just garbage.marklevinshow.com if the R legislatures do not have the balls to follow the constitution and save this country, then just concede now and be done with it...................I think all here know what they will do. ....state by state control of their legislature
