Spoke with Financial Marketing resources, investor relations for OPMC, and got some, well, investor relations type explanations of yesterdays disappointing new release: It's hard to say how long the audit of Galaxie will take. Optimum had concentrated most of its expansion resources on the Galaxie partnership, so no other clinics are scheduled to be opened anytime soon. No further information on the possible Mid-Western partnership could be released as those talks are only a few weeks old, but they have been very promising so far. Galaxy is committed to the $400,000 payment to Optimum but cannot do so until it is re- imbursed by Mutual of Omaha. In the event of of larger problems between M of O and Galaxie, Optimum does have a security lien on those 400 g's. 4Q results should be released next week or early the week after. .04 might be unrealistic as the 4q is traditionally their weakest. Barrow St. is maintaining its recommendation, expecting Galaxy's audit to be finished this quarter, openings in 2q, profits reflected in 3q. Ongoing operations remain profitable, good balance sheet. That's it.
