David--They talked about getting into other countries and used the word franchising but to be honest, I didn't pick up on that part--maybe someone else that was there can give their version. They don't have anything right now that can be considered as a franchise. I have to get to my office, it's complete chaos. Will read all the posts and answer questions tonight. Jan
