Blizzard
or
Hot tub

We are deep into our first winter blizzard, I have just spent 40 minutes shoveling.
We are expected to get between 20 and 40 cm snow today (8 to 16 inches)
I had to shovel a lot of snow to get the truck out of the garage, it was already 10 inches in places.
Working outside today will be a challenge, 60 to 80KM gusts and whiteout conditions.
But on Friday afternoon I emptied and moved my hot tub from it's summer home on the patio.
It is now inside a room I built that is attached to my garage, the tub reached full temp again last night.
A quick walk from the back door and you are out of the wind.
Two walls are all glass and you can sit in the tub and reach over and open the window.

So the day started with the blizzard whipping wind and snow on my face while I was sitting in the hot tub.
It made the snow shoveling afterwards much more tolerable.
