At a bare minimum, someone in Pennsylvania should explain this reduction of 20K Trump votes and addition of 20K Biden votes. That's a net change of 40K votes and would alter the election results. Nice that someone captured it on video.

How could they let 138,000 ineligible ballots be counted?


A lot of this is handled at the local level. It has been going on in cities for decades. There is as much of an issue state- local as there is federal -state. While red states probably have tighter controls, the controls are only as good as the people overseeing them like brenda sykes or whatever her name is was.
