I assume they have multiple teams collecting the data and it will go to court. Some flakey judge will toss out the suit locally, then it will go to the Appeals court in each state, eventually to the Supreme court. They may have to hear 4 or 5 cases from each state and make decisions.

There is little doubt in my mind this ends at the Supreme court 30 or so days from now one way or the other.

Something to keep your hopes up a bit. Imagine if Trump pulls this off what the cause and effect toward election security will be. We all may have as squared away a system as Florida (even better), where the results will be known the night of the election.
