Bev: No need to apologize (but thanks). I empathize and kinda knew it was just frustration. Anytime you want to let of a little steam go ahead and rip me - I'm a masochist, I own biotechs. Anyway, some institution negotiated and (finally?) found a buyer at 3 3/8. Was the institution who took the shares a "high-profile" type? Is that the reason for the subsequent mini-rally? Or, was it known that an institution was shopping all those shares and therfore causing the stock's malaise? Regards, Bill
