No !

In order to stay on NASDAQ we need:

1. A stock price $1 or over. and
2. Shareholders equity of 2M or over.

Currently shareholders equity is (9M), we are
11M in the hole. A reverse split alone will not help.
We need a buyer to take over Centura.

Reverse Split? That is the kiss of death(IMO).I would like any one to
tell me a company that survived a reverse split become a turnaround--
opinions welcome.max90-in general a stock in a reverse split plunges
to where you started, this has been my observation.
