Stan, Skip,

How are the 17.5's acting today? Seems like we're seeing
a consistent pattern the past few days, no activity in the
AM followed by buying in the PM.

Beanie Babies - thats what all the conversation about sellouts and "missed sales" reminds me of. Ty Inc sells tens of millions of these per year, has been doing so for 3 years and is continuing to do so at a very brisk pace - they sell out a day or two after shipment arrives in many cases. The children get Congo then they want the Bongo Beanie Baby. Would the sales persist if the stores were always overstocked??? I dont know.

The same thing is happening with Radica - first Bass fishing then Lunker, Deep Sea, Jr Bass - at any point in time a store will be sold out of them yet they are selling like crazy and continue to sell like crazy. I call it marketing genius.
