Because of how that analysis was designed, it is a statistically impossible blip. Especially when you add in the fact that it occurred in every battleground state at the same time. Maybe you can make the case for one state ...

It is something to look into. When the population increases 2000 and the total votes are roughly the same for Trump, yet 20k more for Biden, something happened. Whether it is provable is another issue.
