Thomas (and Valuespec), You said "most here would like to know projections for Ftel's earnings." That may be a true statement, but many are interested in the projections made by the company, not by any one individual posting here. We have seen enough speculation, positive and negative, about the earnings and share price. If you or Valuespec care to talk about projections for future earnings, sales etc., then please do us all a favor and call FTEL and then report to us the information you receive. Maybe you could ask the status of the delivery of the Intrine order, when we can expect to hear that the Letter of Intent with WCOM is a signed contract, and what the terms of that contract will be (i.e. WCOM's involvement vs just renting the space, who will be maintaining the equipment, revenue sharing, time frame for deployment etc.). While you are asking questions, please ask about sales of equipment other than the Tempest, and what the current income is from FNET subscribers. Ask them to explain to you how the reported income from FNET now will translate into a projected value per share for the FNET IPO. See if you can find out who the second major carrier is that FTEL is talking to and when we may see some related news. Ask Frank if he thinks his "excessive" salary is hurting the company. Oh, and please see if you can verify the correct share count. Since you and Valuespec seem to have so much free time to research companies you don't own and have no intention of owning, if you could use that time to call the company and provide some facts you learned from FTEL, you might serve a useful purpose here. If you don't, then it just justifies the opinions here that both of you are strictly here to feed your own egos, not to provide information - both positive and negative. Oh, and the call to FTEL is an 800 number...won't even cost you anything! If you still have time after that, maybe you both could do some additional research and tell me the difference between the IP products being offered by CSCO and the FTEL's Tempest, if they are going after the same corporate intranet market, and whether I should be concerned about that competitor. Thanks, I look foward to learning many of the answers to the questions above and feel lucky that you and Valuespec are such humanitarians that you will assist us with our DD and help us with our investment strategies..all out of the goodness of your hearts!!
