David,

There are currently ( Franklin's account )

>>>>Common Stock Currently Outstanding. 16,018,184 shares, not including the shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of outstanding warrants or the conversion of the outstanding Convertible Preferred Stock.<<<<<

I don't how many shares would be added to float by the reference above, do you ? That's the reason I guessed at 17 to 25 million.

Regarding the size of Ftel's facility, I think I once read that they outsourced most of the component assembly back then. You can correct me if that's wrong. It could not have been in that building, I think we all realize that.

PS: To Raleigh; Valuespec's words " Hopefully, Raleigh will give us a timeframe for his prediction" You conveniently forgot to put that part in. By the way, personal attacks are not welcome on SI. I make none and expect the same.
