It is a bull market. You have never understood what that means and entails. Furthermore, the market won't react in the same way as it did in February/March now that a vaccine is available and there is light at the end of the tunnel. How has the Market in the UK reacted to the most recent lockdown?

No doubt, there is some short term risk between now and the day before Thanksgiving, especially next week. Plus, individual investor sentiment has become quite exuberant.

Seriously, your bearish addiction is worse than a heroine addict.

You need to take a step back and question your emotional bearish addiction.

Yes, they lag cases, but remember that college students are back at school. We're going to see large numbers of cases, but that doesn't necessarily mean deaths. Did you know the average age of deaths in the US is 76 and the average co-morbidities in those deaths were 2.6? What does that tell you? This is a virus that kills old people. If you are younger than 70, it has a 99.5% survivability rate. If you are younger than 21, that increases to a 99.98% survivability rate. If we care about science, then we should never lock this country down again. Instead, we should advise older folks to be very cautious and perhaps isolate themselves, but the rest of the population should go about their business normally. Most people have a higher chance of dying of a car crash than from COVID. The hype around all of this ignores the science.
