I don’t have any real understanding of a socialistic mindset. I can see how the image of everyone having a similar economic net worth may have some attractiveness - in some dreamy, idealistic way. But, isn’t it obvious that this is only possible through use of violence? How else are you going to make everyone equal? And - Who are going to be the chosen comrades who will have the power to make sure everyone’s equal? An existence of a hierarchy of oppression is an absolute pre-condition for socialism.
