My take will be the GA 'hand ballot' recount now started for all paper ballots. All voting machine produce (1) an image file and (2) a paper ballot. The recount will use the paper ballots from both the machines and the mail-in to come up w/ the proper legal count.

I am waiting to see how the hand count compares to the machine count(s) (and totals) by County. If there were software glitches from the machine count totals they would be identified w/ significantly different 'hand ballot' counts.

GA will also look at chain of custody, signature verification, cross reference to voter roles and other checks they do to verify a 'legal' vote.

We need to wait for those results and if there are significant findings, I suspect many more State will do a similar "hand ballot" count. Including PA, MI & WIS.

Votes would then be certified.

Here's the Big Issue, are these isolated events or in many Counties and/or Other States. Remember this is not really a Trump issue but the integrity of the entire voting system.

We must be patient and wait on the recount results.

If there is evidence of actual voter fraud, DOJ would get involved would be my guess as that is a Federal crime.
